He was recognized by China Global Entrepreneur as one of 40 under 40 Tech Business Elites and is a published author, including a bestseller on Big Data.
Alongside CAST CEO & Founder Vincent Delaroche, Ernie is now scaling the emerging market category of Software Intelligence, a $1B+ phenomena fueled by business and digital leaders’ needs for greater objectivity in making software decisions, faster modernization for Cloud, raising the security and resiliency of their software assets. He sets the direction for and overseas all CAST country managers, field operations, including partner channel integration, and contributes to the corporate strategy and acquisitions.
Prior to joining CAST, Ernie was the General Manager of IBM Cloud for Greater China and served on IBM’s Global Strategy Team (ST) and IBM’s Growth and Transformation Team (GTT) – a select slate of senior IBM executives identified as transformation change-agents. Ernie grew up in the US, holding degrees in commerce and business administration from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
Marc leads CAST’s North American Public Sector enabling Federal Civilian, Defense, and State information technology organizations leverage CAST solutions to improve security, resiliency and accelerate modernization of the critical software systems that power government, serve citizens and enable military missions.
A U.S. Navy veteran, Marc is an original member of CAST’s U.S. operations having supported commercial sector corporate IT initiatives and system integrator software industrialization efforts. Marc’s 25 years of experience in software intelligence is key to successful expansion in Public Sector organizations and system integrator supplier base.
Marc also volunteers as Public Sector outreach lead with the Consortium of Information and Software Quality (www.it-cisq.org), and is a frequent speaker (AFCEA, IEEE, CRS, SSCA) on the topic of software standards and the objective measurement of critical software.
Frederick (Fred) Constantineau is responsible for growing CAST’s business through partnerships with Global Systems Integrators. With the accelerating trends in cloud and modernization spend by enterprises , GSI’s are well positioned to grow their footprint and revenues and are heavily focused. CAST’s unique capabilities matter a lot for GSI’s, and Fred and the team he manages are leading CAST’s efforts to ensure that all GSI pursuits for cloud and modernization and the ensuing execution of those projects relies on CAST capabilities.
Fred ran North America sales and field operations at CAST from 2008 to 2013, where he oversaw and contributed to significant revenue and customer growth, establishing North America as the #1 geo at CAST. In 2013, Fred became Chief Operating Officer at Evariant, the leader in CRM, data and analytics for the healthcare provider market, where Fred was instrumental in the raise of a significant “B” round from a top 10 VC in 2014. In 2018, Fred returned to CAST in his current role, with the goal on making his second coming at the company even more successful that his first. Fred is currently completing at Masters in Systems Engineering at Rensselear Polytechnical Institute.
With 20+ years in the IT Consulting & Outsourcing space, Abhijeet has orchestrated technology solutions that solve business challenges. Working with diverse industries ranging from Aerospace, Automotive, Hi-tech to Financial Services, engaging with business partners and working in the ecosystem to build business constructs relevant to their needs and aspirations.
At CAST, Abhijeet is responsible for growing the financial services business and making it a ‘household name’ as an integral part of the transformation journey.
Prior to joining CAST, he was heading the financial services business, the fastest growing vertical, at Zensar. With a highly competent team, he orchestrated M&A full cycle and acquired a Guidewire SI firm (Cynosure) as part of Insurance GTM. He has led multiple large strategic deals and mobilized innovation incorporating data analytics, AL, ML, IoT to ensure exemplary CX in collaboration with Zensar’s London and Seattle-based design studios.
With 20 years of Healthcare Technology experience ranging from development to product management to sales Anthony Bessman has been chosen to lead the healthcare and emerging markets sector of CAST within North America. It's that wide scope of experience that enables him to have a broad understanding of what's needed to accelerate application delivery while ensuring the necessary quality, something that's been a driving force in his career.
Coming recently from IBM Watson Health Anthony has a strong understanding of what drives the payer/provider market and the challenges facing those within the industry.
Before IBM Anthony has worked for the NYC Department of Health managing the technical implementation of various HIT throughout NYC while working with target organizations to maintain profitability. Outside of this Anthony has worked with several industry leaders in Healthcare: (Mckesson, Nextgen, eCW, Siemens).
Olivier Bonsignour is responsible for Research & Development and Product Management in a continual effort to build the world’s most advanced software analysis and measurement technology. He is an expert in the precision software parsing, and has a long term view of the product and the software analysis industry.
Prior to joining CAST, Olivier was the CIO for DGA, the advanced research division of the French Ministry of Defense.
Prior to that role, also at DGA, he was in charge of application development and a project director working on IT systems that support operations. A pioneer in the development of distributed systems and object oriented development; Olivier joined CAST after having been an early adopter of CAST technology in 1996. Most recently, Olivier and Capers Jones co-wrote The Economics of Software Quality, a book published by Addison-Wesley in 2011. Olivier holds a graduate degree in engineering and computer science from the National Institute of Applied Sciences (INSA), Lyon, and a Master’s in Management from the executive program at IAE Aix-en-Provence.
